 PRIVATE SHEF DINING EXPERIENCE


  • Rate is $125.00 per hour. Not including food cost for a custom menu and additional rental and set up fees.

REFUND & CANCELLATIONS​​

No refunds!


Catering & Private Shef: In order to receive a credit /gift certificate you must cancel your order 72 hours before the scheduled event start time. You will only receive back 75% of your deposit amount.  Please note you will not receive credit for any perishable items

  •   To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS ENTERED CORRECTLY AT CHECKOUT and includes all relevant and/or required information. 


  • The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. 


  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.


  • WE DO NOT edit customer's shipping information. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being "in transit" or "delivered" based on any wrong information given by the customer. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that does not provide the correct shipping information, if we catch it.


PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Most orders ship within 3-4  business days after an order is placed...unless there is a delay due to high demand of our products.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated tracking number to the email address you provided upon ordering. We are not responsible or edit wrong email address information.


CLAIMS


  • Breakfast Belles does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as "in transit" or "delivered" by the shipping carrier (USPS or DHL). 


  • We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being "in transit" or "delivered" .  You must file a claim with the shipping carrier yourself at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm 


FRAUD:

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the order is fraudulent.
