Founder and Executive & Celebrity Shef, Tori Brown.  

Shef Brown has been introducing the North to an authentic Southern-style eats and private breakfast and brunch experience since 2015, with love and true Southern sass, by way of her mother and late grandmother Sarah (Jefferson) Brown's teachings and hometown of Santee, SC. As a little girl Tori loved breakfast food and her Grandma being a true southern-belle, that is how the name Breakfast Belle was birthed.

Shef Brown has served many Fortune 500 companies and Yale.  Brown has created and manufactures two food products for retail sale; Bamma Hot Sauce and Bamma Fish Fry.  Bamma Fish Fry was used by celebrity Tabitha Brown, (Actress, NY Times Bestselling Author, Vegan & Social Media Influencer) to make fish-less hearts of palm and fried green tomatoes as a vegan alternative.  Shef Brown's Bamma Fish Fry and Hot Sauce has also been highly recognized by other major Food Influencers such as Food Network's Trendy Chef, Kimmy's Kreations, Daron the Chef and Chef Candace.

Shef Brown attended Southern CT State University.  Breakfast Belle LLC is a recognized Woman Minority Business Enterprise/ Diversity Supplier by the State of Connecticut and a certified NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council Member) and a ByBlack Business by the United States Black Chamber (USBC).  

Shef Brown is a ServSafe Food Protection Manager, 2024 Girls for Technology Pitch Winner, 2023 Hayvn Hatch Pitch Winner, 2022 Women's Business Development Council (WBDC) Grant Recipient, 2022 CTNext Pitch Winner , 2022 reSET Impact Accelerator Pitch Winner (2nd place), featured on ABC's Good Morning America in 2019, honored in 2020 at the 100 Women of Color Ceremony, serves as a Youth Mentor for YLTrapped, 2021 Black People Rocks Award Honoree, 2021 CT Entrepreneur Awards, Nominee, EZ Cater vendor and most importantly a proud Mother.
